Verification of Anchorages for Seat Belts, ISOFIX, Wheelchairs, and Load Securing

  • Tensile testing system with 8 pneumatic actuators, max. tensile force 20,000 N, max. stroke 1000 mm, minimum force rise time to nominal load approx. 0.5 sec, variable force progression
  • Dedicated test equipment for seat belts, ISOFIX (SFAD), and wheelchair restraint systems
  • Tests conducted on rigid plates, substitute frames, or full/partial vehicle bodies
  • Measurement of forces and displacements according to the relevant test specifications
  • High-speed cameras (up to 1000 fps) for analyzing deformation behavior and compliance with deformation limits
  • Test report including specimen details, diagrams, photo documentation, and evaluation of compliance with applicable standards
